What does bird of prey insurance cover?
Public liability insurance
Public liability insurance protects you against legal fees and compensation should your bird of prey hurt a member of the public or damage their belongings. Take out cover and choose between £1m and £5m of public liability cover.
An excess of £100 is payable towards any third-party property damage claims.
Employers’ liability insurance
If you employ someone or have volunteers that help you out, you’ll need employers’ liability insurance. This policy can protect you for up to £10m in legal costs and compensation claims if an employee gets injured while at work.
How much does public liability for falconry cost?
