How to make a claim
Before you get started, grab your policy number and any relevant documents – it’ll make things quicker and easier for you.
Important: If you are making a Death claim, you will need to submit a death certificate, or a post mortem report, depending on the circumstances of your claim. More details can be found in your policy wording.
If you are making a Fire/Theft/Weather Perils claim, you will need to notify the local police of the circumstances surrounding your loss. In the event of the loss or death of Your pet and/or Your pets housing or enclosure(s) from fire or weather perils We may require an independent third party to substantiate the death (i.e. the attending fire officer).
When filling out the form, try to include as much detail as you can, like dates and descriptions. The more information you give us, the faster we can work on your claim.
If you’re making a Vet Fee claim (for example, an illness, injury or accident claim), your vet will need to complete sections 5-7 of the form and return it to us along with any supporting information.
Claim forms can be sent to us via email or through the post.
