Think Parrots social media competition

  1. Every comment that meets the requirements below earns you one (1) automatic entry into our prize draw for two (2) tickets to Think Parrots 2026.
  1. The draw opens at 00:01 on 8th May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15th May 2026. Any comments made outside of this window won’t be eligible for entry. 
  1. This promotion is open to UK residents who comment on our Facebook or Instagram post. To make sure your entry is suitable, you must follow our official Facebook or Instagram page and like the post.
  1. One winner will be selected at random to receive two (2) standard entry tickets to the Think Parrots show. Please note that travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included.
  1. There are no cash alternatives, and the prize is non-transferable. We’ll Direct Message the winner within 7 days of the closing date to share the good news.
  1. ExoticDirect (part of the Petcover Group) reserves the right to amend, pause, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any updates will be published immediately on this page.

Customer feedback survey prize draw

  1. Complete our customer feedback survey during the promotional period to be entered into a prize draw to win one (1) £100 Amazon Gift Card. One completed survey equals one entry.
  1. The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 15th May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 22nd May 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be included.
  1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have recently visited or interacted with ExoticDirect. Only fully completed surveys will qualify for entry.
  1. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
  1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The winner will receive one (1) £100 Amazon Gift Card. No cash alternative or prize substitution is available.
  1. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, ExoticDirect reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
