If you are currently experiencing financial difficulties, please contact us on providing your policy details and we can discuss potential payment solutions. We will do our upmost to help, during this difficult time.

Since 17th March we have been working from home due to the Coronavirus outbreak We have full access to all our systems, and are able to carry out business as normal.

However, we’re asking our customers to avoid posting documentation to us. Instead where possible we ask that you scan or photograph any documentation and email it to us.  This is because we’re not longer able to access our office at the moment. Our office opening hours remain unchanged at Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm.

If you usually make payment for a renewed policy by cheque or postal order, please contact us on 0345 982 5505.

We also ask for your patience at this time. Like many businesses, we don’t yet know the impact Covid-19 may have on our staffing levels, so there may be delays at times. Your understanding is appreciated.
